How to Request Account Deletion
In-App Deletion (Baby Profile Data)
You can delete your baby profile data directly from within the app:
- Open the Infant Insight app
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Delete All Data
- Confirm the deletion
This will delete all baby profile data including logs, chat history, milestones, and other associated information.
Full Account Deletion
To request complete account deletion, including your user account information and subscription data, please email us at:
Please include your account email address in your request so we can process it promptly.
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- All baby profile data (name, date of birth, photos)
- All logs (sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, medicine, temperature, doctor visits, vaccinations)
- Chat history and AI assistant conversations
- Developmental milestone records with photos and videos
- User account information (email, username, profile data)
- Subscription data (after the cancellation period ends)
- All other content and data associated with your account
What Data is Kept
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data for legal or compliance reasons:
- Transaction records: Payment and subscription transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance purposes
- Anonymized analytics data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be associated with you may be retained for analytics purposes
Retention Period
12-Month Inactivity Policy: If you do not use the app for a period of 12 months, we will treat your account as expired and will automatically delete your personal data.
Legal Retention Requirements: Some data may be retained for longer periods where required by law, such as transaction records for accounting and tax compliance purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
